3-Day Tarangire, Ngorongoro Carter and Lake Manyara

Our 3 day Tanzania trip, which specifically includes the Lake Manyara National Park, Ngorongoro Crater & Tarangire National Park has been designed to offer you a short but intense Tanzania trip in Northern Circuit safari experience, for a shorter and time-constrained period of 3 days / 2 nights. You will experience the excitement of game viewing in three of the most spectacular national game parks in Tanzania.

Day 1

Tarangire National Park

After breakfast at 8:30 am we will start our Group Safaris Tanzania program by heading to the Tarangire National Park for a morning game drive.
The park runs along the line of the Tarangire River and is mainly made up of low-lying hills on the Great Rift Valley floor. Its natural vegetation mainly consists of Acacia woodland and giant African Baobab trees, with huge swamp areas in the south. Both the river and the swamps act like a magnet for wild animals, during Tanzania’s dry season.

We return to the pick nick site for lunch. then game drive. dinner and overnight at Lake Manyara National Park

Day 2

Ngorongoro Crater

Soon after breakfast via Group Safaris Tanzania around 8:00 am on the way to Ngorongoro crater. Then we will descend 600m into this magnificent crater for a morning, full-day game drives via Tanzania trip. The Ngorongoro Crater is one of the most densely crowded African wildlife areas in the world and is home to an estimated 30,000 animals including some of Tanzania’s last remaining black rhino. We will enjoy a picnic lunch in the crater, after which we leave to lodge for Dinner and Overnight.

Day 3

Lake Manyara National Park

In the morning at 8:00 am you will head to Lake Manyara where you will be able to see tree climbing lions which are the park’s main attraction. Why these lions habitually climb trees is still up for debate but viewing a pride relaxing in an acacia tree is an incredible site.

The park is also famous for its elephant, a huge number of baboons and due to its varied landscape has an impressive range of other game including wildebeest, buffalo, hippo, flamingo, zebra, warthog, waterbuck, dik-dik, lion, and impala. This small park is also home to over 400 species of birds, including flamingos, pelicans, storks, and cormorants.

After a full day game drive in the park, you will leave the park and come to Arusha where the safari will end. this was Group Safaris Tanzania
